Museum Update

Over the coming months we hope to be able to start putting together our small museum in the Methodist Chapel. If you have any photographs or other items relating to the history of Appledore which you think would be of interest we’d love to hear from you.

Court Lodge Road Excavations

The Archaeological dig at the Court Lodge Car Park site is underway, and we gather that roman pots and other artefacts have been discovered.  We have asked to be kept in the loop, and hope to bring you a list and perhaps photographs of the finds once the dig is complete.
