We are thrilled to welcome Andy Saunders, Editor of Britain at War to Appledore. Andy will be telling us the tale of the downed Messerschmitt and its pilot whose body was finally recovered nearly 100 years after he was posted as ‘missing in action’.
As well as the Editor of Britain at War, Andy is the author of several books, including Spitfire, a book written to honour Britain’s most iconic airplane.
The talk will take place at The Village Hall on 21st April 2016, doors open at 19:00 hrs
