We regularly reach out to anyone who can help us gather information on the history of Appledore.

If you have spent any time on this website you will know that we already have a wealth of information which we hope to continue to share, but we really do want more help with information gathering.

Here you will find our Enquiries, Can you Help? page, along with some information on one of our old pubs, the Victoria Arms, now sadly lost to us. You will see that we have very little information about the pub, but have shared what we know.

Do you know any more than we do? If you can supply any snippets we would gratefully add them to the page.

If you have anything else you feel you can share, about any aspect of Appledore history, please do let us know.
